Coming this summer is Japanese movie High Kick Girl  ハイキック･ガール！ a karate chomping movie by Fuyuhiko Nishi  starring real life Karate champion and Japanese school girl, seventeen year old Rina Takeda 武田梨奈.   The story revolves around a high school girl named Kei who joins a karate dojo under her master Matsumura.  Although she is the best student in the class he does not award her the coveted black belt as she only cares about winning.  Kei resents Matsumura and joins a rival fighting group called KOWASHIYA (Destroyers) who use her to plan an attack on Matsumura.
